These terms cover your use of this website and the inspection services provided by K9 Bed Bug Detection of East Tennessee ("we," "us"). By using the site or booking an inspection, you agree to them.
What we do
We provide WDDO-certified K9 bed bug detection. We find bed bugs. We do not sell or perform treatment, which is what keeps our inspection honest: we have no reason to report a problem that is not there. If we find evidence of bed bugs, we tell you, and you choose how to treat.
About detection results
A K9 inspection reports what our team finds in the areas inspected, on the day we inspect. Trained detection dogs are highly accurate, but no inspection method is perfect, and bed bugs can be introduced after we leave. A clear result is not a warranty or guarantee that a property is or will stay free of bed bugs. Use our report as a strong, current read on the property, not a permanent guarantee.
Scheduling, quotes, and payment
We quote pricing per job, based on the property and scope, before we begin. Same-day and next-day windows depend on availability. Payment terms are agreed when we schedule the work.
Your part
To get an accurate inspection, we need access to the areas to be checked and honest information about the situation. Some preparation may be needed, and we will explain what helps before we arrive.
Limit of responsibility
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our responsibility for any claim connected to an inspection is limited to the amount you paid us for that inspection. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost bookings or income, that follow from an infestation or a missed detection.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
